Serendipity exists to bring high quality products and services to discerning customers. For nearly ten years we have been delivering the finest range to a constantly growing client list. Many of our customers are frequent visitors, and we have regularly won awards voted for by the public.

We first launched on 26th March 1996 where  the arrival of a truly mystical oasis was witnessed.

Today you will find Serendipity offering a haven of tranquility in the middle of the hussle and bussle of life. As well as our extensive product range, additional services we offer include tarot readers, mediums, astrology charts and any advice our customers may need.

Serendipity Bluewater

Our Bluewater shop opened on 17th March 1999 , in the largest shopping centre in Europe. Serendipity's  store at Bluewater  extends our vision of providing a mystical oasis and oustanding range of products to a new and wider audience.

Serendipity Bluewater was the winner of the LBC/Independent newspaper Living London Award for Best Original/Eclectic Shop 2004.
