Our first shop opened its doors on 26th March 1996 in the Old High Street, Gravesend. Set in amongst the cobbled streets, Gravesend witnessed the arrival of a truly mystical oasis.
Today you will find Serendipity offering a haven of tranquility in the middle of the hussle and bussle of the town's St George's Shopping Centre. As well as our extensive product range, additional services we offer include tarot readers, mediums and, in the new year, astrology charts and a selection of treatments.

Serendipity Bluewater
Our second shop opened on 17th March 1999 in Bluewater, the largest shopping centre in Europe. Now Serendipity's flagship store, the Bluewater shop extends our vision of providing a mystical oasis and outstanding range of products to a new and wider audience.
Serendipity Bluewater was the winner of the LBC/Independent newspaper Living London Award for Best Original/Eclectic Shop 2004.
