when and how will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch your order between 3-5 days often even quicker! Your order will be delivered by either Royal Mail or Courier. If you need your order quicker, call us and we will try our best to assist. International Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airsure please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Online purchases can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of receipt of your order. All goods MUST be returned in full re-saleable condition, this includes all packaging. Unfortunately if packaging is damaged in anyway, we will be unable to exchange or refund. Your original method of payment will be reimbursed, Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Please email for a returns form and include it in your parcel.
