BACH FLOWER REMEDY

The Bach Flower Remedies are a set of 38 plant tinctures – each tincture addressing specific emotions and states of mind. For each and every emotional state or mood, there is a corresponding remedy. From the depths of depressive despair to the highs of hyperactivity – each and every unwanted feeling can be treated.

ANGELIC REIKI
In a one-to-one hands on session the practitioner channels Angelic Healing energy through her hands, placed on the shoulders if the client is seated or on the chest and solar plexus if lying down. You are wrapped in a blanket and made to feel comfortable and warm. The client remains fully clothed throughout the treatment; clients have a profoundly relaxing experience as they listen to Michael Hammers CD designed for the Angelic Reiki treatments.A healing treatment lasts for 1 hour with a consultation first to establish the underlying anxiety or issue, this helps Jane to work more effectively using symbols in the Chakra that need the healing most. Most of the Healing is done by Angels and Jane channels this to the client.

Everyday life evolves around work and activities, which in some cases can lead to stress. This is a common problem in many people and one way to help this is to relax and forget about all the other things around you. Massage is a good stress busting method and can give a 'relief' feeling for anybody.

REIKI
Reiki treatments draw upon the unlimited reserves of universal life force energy and direct these to the energy body of a client in order to stimulate their immune system and the body's own repair systems. This in turn will help the health of the client to improve and tackle any problem for which they are seeking the dure. Reiki energy will help to remove blockages in the energy body, open energy channels and ensure a positive connection to the natural fources which are working around us to keep us healthy. Reiki is particularly effective working on emotional problems and can help produce some very positive results when working with issues such as depression and guilt.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology works along holistic principles aiming to treat your mind, body and spirit rather than a diagnosis or set of symptoms. For instance, if you are suffering from stress, your body may be affected as well as your mind. Similarly, a physical illness can be emotionally draining. Reflexology aims to rebalance the whole of your being and so may be more effective than working directly on one part of you.
